At Olnavo S.A.S. we handle personal information transparently and responsibly. This document explains which data we may process, for what purpose, and which rights are granted to you as data subject under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.
1. Data controller
Olnavo S.A.S., CUIT 30-71892345-6, with legal address at Olga Cossettini 731, 5th Floor, Puerto Madero, C1107CBB, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, acts as the controller of the data collected through olnavo.com. Enquiries: soporte@olnavo.com.
2. Data we may process
We receive the data you voluntarily share through the contact form (name, email address and message). Additionally, with your consent, we may record technical data such as session identifiers, device type, pages visited and visit duration.
3. Purposes
Data is used to respond to your request, share information about the platform, handle support enquiries, improve site usability and — only with prior consent — measure site usage in aggregate form or tailor communications.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free and informed consent of the data subject (art. 5, Law 25,326), on the execution of requests you submit to us, and on the legitimate interest of the controller in ensuring the security and correct operation of the service.
5. Retention
We retain data for the time strictly required to fulfil the described purposes and any applicable legal obligations, with a reference maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a legal obligation states otherwise.
6. Third parties and transfers
We may use technology providers acting as data processors (for example, web hosting and measurement tools). When an international transfer applies, we will implement adequate safeguards in accordance with Argentine regulations.
7. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, as well as to object to certain processing, in accordance with Law 25,326. You may exercise these rights by writing to soporte@olnavo.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the competent supervisory authority.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, alteration or unauthorized access, including encryption in transit and internal access controls.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will be published on this same page along with the corresponding update date.
